It was a pleasure working with Dave Friday from start to finish! From our first phone call it was clear that Dave was incredibly organised and detail-oriented, chatting through quantities, icing colours and design options and ensuring every aspect had been thought of. He joined Battersea at a large, very busy event and had done a huge amount of preparation in advance; baking paw and bone shaped biscuits, pre-filling the icing bags and creating simple instruction sheets which meant everything ran smoothly. During the workshops he was calm, positive and approachable, helping any children who needed support and making sure everyone taking part had a great time. Due to the nature of the event, we had to make some last-minute changes, such as making the sessions ‘drop in’ rather than structured but Dave was flexible and took it all in his stride! I would highly recommend working with Dave – his organisation skills are impeccable, he was patient and generous with his time and he helped raise over £600 for Battersea!

We booked Dave Friday to run a cupcake decorating activity at the Big Eat Festival with Snows Toyota, and he was fantastic throughout. Dave thought of every detail, ensuring all ingredients and equipment were provided, so visitors had everything they needed. His workshop-style sessions were engaging and interactive, and he took the time to support participants throughout. We would highly recommend Dave for both private and corporate events.
