We're happy to travel further afield, with any additional travel costs discussed at the time of booking.

It was a pleasure working with Dave Friday from start to finish! From our first phone call it was clear that Dave was incredibly organised and detail-oriented, chatting through quantities, icing colours and design options and ensuring every aspect had been thought of. He joined Battersea at a large, very busy event and had done a huge amount of preparation in advance; baking paw and bone shaped biscuits, pre-filling the icing bags and creating simple instruction sheets which meant everything ran smoothly. During the workshops he was calm, positive and approachable, helping any children who needed support and making sure everyone taking part had a great time. Due to the nature of the event, we had to make some last-minute changes, such as making the sessions ‘drop in’ rather than structured but Dave was flexible and took it all in his stride! I would highly recommend working with Dave – his organisation skills are impeccable, he was patient and generous with his time and he helped raise over £600 for Battersea!

Hi, I’m Dave Friday – Dad, baker, Great British Bake Off 2020 finalist and the founder of Friday Bakes.
Baking has always been a huge part of my life. From creating treats with my own family to reaching the final of The Great British Bake Off in 2020, I’ve seen first-hand how baking brings people together, builds confidence and creates moments of pure joy.
I started Friday Bakes to share that joy with kids and families through fun, interactive kids birthday parties and mobile baking experiences. I bring everything needed directly to your home, transforming your kitchen into a lively baking playground filled with creativity, laughter and plenty of delicious treats.
